I too would like to inspect the gold at Fort Knox. And if a few gold bars should fall into my backpack.....

Dodobbird.pixels.com (My art sit)

What do you suppose they want to do there ? Just look at all that gold? Maybe get enough to make some gold toilets and a gold Urinal ?

Boycott MSNBC and NBC and throw in CNBC

This is all part of the resistance America is showing those involved in this coup of America. It starts with the money, holding back our dollars from the oligarchy. It continues with the boycotting of their media Outlets as well as protests and showing up to their City Hall meetings and letting them have it. This will only grow. We have to keep pushing and go even further than this. I'm not sure where that will lead us, but this fall of MSNBC is definitely a very good thing.

I'm truly grateful for platforms like blue sky and substack that allow truthsayers and eloquent educated women to use their voices to support educate and give voice to women in the United States as well as around the world.

Personally, if Rachel had stayed retired…. We wouldn’t be in this pickle wood we

If she was so concerned about joy, shouldn’t she just go back to retiring from MSNBC like she did before?

Quite frankly, I don’t understand why you’re on such a superiority kick and need to be right on this ! I’m not sure why your ego is so frail that you need to be right on this ….but since you wanna play this freaking ego must be in control specifically the maga way.

at the very beginning….she said she would be on MSNBC one day… quite frankly, since she only wanted to work one day a week quite frankly, she should’ve been the one to say “no Joy, you stay I’ll go.. I’m only working one day a week.”

Rachel is who keeps MSNBC's lights on.

What does the new leadership whitewashing the channel have to do with Rachel, especially after she literally CALLED out the entire network on live tv?

I am just confused by the misplaced rage.

Rachel has been playing games about her job for about three years now and she should’ve gone before joy

Plain and simple nobody’s gonna watch MSNBC anymore

It’s dead

Rachel has been trying to retire.

Unfortunately for her, that network has run on her back for far too long.

Are you saying that Rachel doesn’t have the capability of quitting on her own and that MSNBC bullied her and forced her to stay?

Seriously I think you underestimate Rachel quite a bit.. but that’s just my opinion and it makes sense to me and yours doesn’t

I’m saying contractual obligation's in this setting are a litigation nightmare she is probably trying to avoid.

You don’t think Joy had a contract.

I absolutely agree with the frustration about the direction MSNBC is taking. The cancellation of Joy Reid's show is a huge loss, not just for her but for the broader audience that values independent, critical journalism. It's alarming that a network would part with one of the few outspoken truth-tellers, especially someone who brings an important perspective to the table.

It's incredibly disheartening to watch legacy media like MSNBC continue down this path of catering to a shrinking demographic, disregarding the voices of diversity and truth. Joy Reid, along with Rachel Maddow, has been a beacon of reason in a sea of noise, and it's clear that without these kinds of voices, the network will lose what little credibility it had left.

It's time to support the independent journalism community, as they are the ones willing to speak the truth, no matter the consequences. We need to stay vigilant and follow where the truth goes, regardless of what the mainstream media chooses to promote.
