Just when you thought the incompetence within our new federal agencies couldn’t get any worse… FEMA enters the chat.
A day into Hurricane Season, which the vast majority of Americans know runs from June until November annually. Alas, that was asking too much of the man in charge of the agency itself. News reports continue to swirl surrounding David Richardson, who stepped into his role as the head of FEMA in May.
One report suggesting staffers were dumbfounded when Mr. Richardson had no idea “hurricane season” was a thing.
I shit you not.
I just cannot wrap my brain around our country being here… As someone who has had my home destroyed multiple times in the past three years by multiple storms that hit Florida… it terrifies me. Not just for my family, but for all of the seniors on my block who don’t have homeowners insurance.
People are ignoring the massive crisis that has already started to unfold. Especially here in Florida, as once again we see another increase in the premiums of homeowners insurance.
It is a recipe for disaster, while the real estate market remains stagnant with more homes for sale, than buyers looking to purchase. Professionals are starting to predict a 2008 style collapse of the market.
Add that to this shitty spending bill.
It’s terrifying.
Just goes along well with the rest of the absolute shit show that is taking place.
With that being said, I would also like for the mainstream media to start covering Donald Trump like they did Joe Biden and his “being old” and “public decline” because this motherfucker is out there Truthing conspiracy theories about Joe Biden dying in 2020 and some robot clone replacing him.
Yes. That is what the fucking President is doing with his time.
I would really appreciate that energy moving forward. And once again I would like to state my strong opinion that Jake Tapper can eat an entire bag of dicks. The fact that this kind of incoherent nonsense could be repeatedly playing out and somehow the media STILL had Joe Biden’s name all up in the primetime slots.
