Pete Hegseth may be out as Trump’s pick for Secretary of Defense after repeated unflattering reports on his shitty character continue to surface. From sexual assault to using work functions for an excuse to get blackout drunk the picture painted by everyone from his own mother to former Fox Co-Hosts… Republicans knew they simply wouldn’t have the votes. Even from Republicans.
Enter Ron DeSantis, little Florida Meatball in Go-Go Boots and former Naval JAG Officer who also was once rumored to drink with his students in a prior life.
It is no surprise that Susie Wiles would throw Governor DeSantis’ name into the mix, seeing as she is the one who made his political career as well.
While DeSantis isn’t exactly a slam dunk, he is a far better pick than Pete Hegseth… you know with actual experience. I won’t be sad to see him go, but fuck I would LOVE it if he was gone before his January 2027 expiration date. Of course his Lieutenant Governor is no better, but at least we all won’t have to deal with his bullshit war on woke draining Florida taxpayers money on political stunts for attention.
I also find it adorable that Trump would entertain Ron DeSanctimonious, ya know!
