How many fucking costs are we going to get?
First it was $200 million of private donor funds.
Then it turned into $300 million… of private donor funds?
Until last week when non other than Lindsey Graham rolled out a press conference talking about how the American taxpayers need to foot the $400 million dollar bill for the ballroom. What?
Magically overnight, that number once again increased. From the $400 million dollars in taxpayer funds Lindsey told us about last week to a fucking whopping $1 billion dollars. I feel like I am watching fucking Austin Powers at this point.
It was a fucking no for me when it was any dollars of taxpayer money for bullshit we don’t need when people are getting kicked off their healthcare and paying fucking $5 a gallon for gas. Repeated failed republican policies are failing. The billionaires are looting the government, padding their own pockets. The insider trading is wild. The prediction market betting has to be criminal.
This is the same guy who hit the campaign trail with the long forgotten promise of slashing energy costs within his first 12-18 months in office. Here we are paying MORE than we ever were under Biden or even during the pandemic.
And you want a fucking billion dollars for your bunker project? Fucking absolutely not.
We have people being kicked off of food stamps while the government calls it finding “fraud” when in reality the most vulnerable of our fellow Americans are suffering. Parents of children with disabilities, disabled adults, our seniors, Veterans. Shit, most military families qualify for food stamps and depend on those benefits.
But we had to give billionaires tax breaks on our backs?
This isn’t the fucking American way. We threw these motherfuckers tea into the Boston Harbor. WTF are we doing?
While we continue to fund a billion dollar a day war. Changing the name of it doesn’t make it any less of an illegal war.
We could solve the healthcare crisis in America with the money we have put in to this bullshit illegal war. When is it going to finally be enough?
